About Dr. Manny Rodriguez
Dr. Manny Rodriguez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst dedicated to building behavioral leadership capacity in the organizations and practitioners.
With 25 years of direct experience applying organizational behavior management in various industries such as health care and human services, manufacturing, telecommunications, education and finance, Dr. Rodriguez brings a practitioner’s perspective to every course, coaching session, and publication he produces. Dr. Manny has worked with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses looking to grow and scale, addressing challenges that include leadership development, staff retention, performance management, ethical culture-building, and safety.
Dr. Rodriguez is the author of 8 published works addressing the intersection of ABA, organizational leadership, and behavior-analytic management practice. His books are used in graduate level coursework, leadership training by private businesses, and as part of leadership onboarding and professional development curricula.
Dr. Manny has presented at national and international conferences such as the Annual Convention of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), FACTS Elevate, Education and Health 2.0, and The Association for Professional Behavior Analysis on topics including Leadership, Safety, and Organizaitonal Culture.
OBM Edge Academy exists because Dr. Rodriguez believes the world of business is looking to produce world-class professionals however underequipping them for leadership roles. The training available here is designed to close that gap practically, rigorously, and without the jargon that makes most management training irrelevant to the people who need it most.
